• Why we use it: to reply to enquiries, schedule visits, and deliver the custom clothing / dressmaking / made-to-measure sewing services you request under Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Taiwan.

Retention at the studio: correspondence is kept while your request is active, then archived briefly unless law requires longer storage.
